Welcome to Transverologistics. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Transverologistics website, mobile and web applications, and courier, freight, and logistics services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Transverologistics Freight & Logistics LLC ("Transverologistics," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, placing a shipment, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
3. Shipping and Courier Services
Transverologistics facilitates the booking, tracking, and delivery of packages and freight through our platform. Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any shipment that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our shipping policies (including prohibited or restricted items).
4. Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship any item that is illegal, hazardous, or restricted under applicable local, national, or international law, including but not limited to firearms, explosives, illegal substances, and counterfeit goods. Transverologistics reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or dispose of any shipment reasonably suspected of containing prohibited items.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services are calculated based on shipment weight, dimensions, destination, and service level selected at the time of booking. All fees must be paid in full before or upon shipment processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time; changes will not affect shipments already booked and confirmed.
6. Liability
Except as required by applicable law or a separate written service agreement, Transverologistics's liability for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipment is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the amount permitted under applicable carrier liability regulations, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
